State National – A New Beginning

There’s been a lot of talk in our circles lately about “how to become an American State National”.

I’ve had a few friends and followers ask me what you must do to become a State National. While it is a time-consuming process, it is one that is worth the freedom that is acquired with that Status.

The first step in becoming a State National is to create your “Affidavit of Repudiation”. You will need a certified copy of your birth certificate for this process.. Once you have completed the Affidavit of Repudiation, send it off to the Secretary of State (federal and State levels). The Affidavit should be sent via Registered mail (that would be the red label, not the green one). You will need to send the Affidavit “return receipt” so you have proof it was received. Once you receive the proof of service, wait 21 days before proceeding to record.

While you wait you can work on your Deed of Re-conveyance and your Declaration of Status or Patent of Nativity. The Patent of Nativity is basically your family tree. You would go back to when your forefather to set foot on American soil. I was able to trace my father’s line back to the 1600s when they came to Massachusetts. If you can’t trace your line back that far, you would prepare a Declaration of Status.

Once the 21 days have passed, you can prepare your documents to be recorded. All documents will need to be notarized. Redact Birth Certificate number and SS# before recording. Complete a Notice of Default Certified “Judgement” of Un-Rebutted Affidavit. Fill out and print out the Recording cover sheet. Then record your documents.

Next, you will prepare to get your Passport. If you have a passport currently, you will still need to have it replaced because you are changing your Status. That Status needs to be reflected on your new passport.

Once you receive your passport, You have corrected your Status!

Now you’re ready to take back what belongs to you.

Now that you’ve changed your Status, you can address things like

The IRS
Rescinding your marriage Certificate/Annul through the State
Revoke your voter status (State Nationals elect, Corporations Vote)
Rescind your birth certificate
Set up your God Family Trust
Land Patent
Trademark/Copyright your name
Maybe set up a PMA – for business owners.

I know all this sounds overwhelming, but it doesn’t need to be. There are resources out there to help you get through the process.

I went through the process to become a State National and you can to. I’m not special. I’m a normal woman who realized it was time to stand up and make a difference. I don’t it all. As a matter of fact, I’ve barely begun to learn what I need to know to be “well versed” in the history of our country, and the documents that can keep us free.

I’m excited to keep learning though. I’m hoping the State National numbers will increase and take over the country. When we do, we stamp out the cabal corporation and return “We The People” to the Republic as was meant to be.

State National Interview With Brice and Emmie

Well, I guess the interview with Brice was a success. I really enjoyed talking with her about the corrupt matrix. It’s nice to talk so someone who shares a similar viewpoint. Somewhere in the interview I mentioned something about becoming a State National. True to her nature, Brice’s radar went up and she said, “do you want to come back to talk about being a State National?”

For the last couple years, I’ve been researching what it means to be a State National. I started the process last year, and am getting closer to claiming my ‘minor estate”. I’m still a novice, though. I have a lot to learn about the laws of the land, air and water. But I figure “why not”? So next Saturday we will be doing another interview. This time with Emmie Simpson. Emmie is a very talented Reiki Healer who I’ve come to know through her services. She’s a wonderful healer.

I’m not sure how the interview will go. There is so much information to consider when looking at the truth of God’s law. There is one thing to remember though. Congress made the Bible public law on October 4, 1982 (97-208). That should speak volumes.

We only need to remember that God gave man dominion over the land, air, and water. (Gen 1:26-28). God gave free men and women dominion. He didn’t give corporations or corrupt governments dominion. Yeshua despised governments, banks, doctors, and lawyers. What does that tell us?

Anyway, I look forward to the round table with Brice and Emmie. I hope you will tune in.

What is The Federal Reserve?

To understand the big picture about the “Fed”, we need to go back to the beginning. And while the precursor to the scam started well before the Act of 1871 was “enacted”, I believe it is safe to say that the plan was solidified in 1886 when the island (named after Sir Joseph Jekyll) was purchased by the Jekyll Island Club.

It became a resort for its wealthy members like Joseph Pulitzer, William Rockefeller, JP Morgan, William K. Vanderbilt, and Marshall Field. There were only one hundred shares available in this club. And each member was required to buy two shares. So, the “Club” was exclusive.

Now we jump forward to 1910 where the secret meeting took place. On November 10, 1910, Nelson Aldridge, A Piatt Andres, henry Davidson, Arthur Sheldon, Frank Vanderlip, and Paul Warburg met at The Jekyll Island Club to put in place the plan that would reform the nation’s banking system. When I say banking system, I mean the Federal Reserve. All the men at the meeting had ties to Wall Street. And so, the scheme took shape.

The meeting came to an end when the men developed a plan for a Reserve Association of America. This would become a single central bank with fifteen branches across the country. Each bank would be governed by a board of directors. They would be elected by the member banks in each district. The larger banks would get more votes. The branches would be responsible for the following:

Holding reserves for member banks
Issuing currency
Discounting commercial paper
Transferring balances between branches
Check clearing and collection

The national body would set discount rates for the system as a whole and buy and sell securities.

In 1911 Aldrich presented the plan to the National Monetary Commission without telling them how the plan came together. One year later a final report went to Congress and was presented with minor changes one of which was the name of the institution. National Reserve Association.

There were objections from members of the Commission. They stated that larger banks would have more influence on central bank leadership. The plan was tabled temporarily when Woodrow Wilson was elected.

The key to the plan fell on Col. Edward Mandell House who met with Warburg and leaders of the Democratic Party who were interested in reforming the banking system. They proposed draft legislation (supported by Woodrow Wilson with Warburg consulting), which was sent in a memorandum to Woodrow Wilson. On January 10, 1913. The final bill known as the Federal Reserve Act was passed by Congress on December 23, 1913, and signed by Woodrow Wilson.

He helped make 4 men governor of Texas (James Hogg, Charles Culberson, Joseph Sayers, and S. W.T. Lanham. He acted as unofficial advisor to each. James Hogg gave House the title “Colonel”. House was not in the military.
He controlled the country by being the “kingmaker” so-to-speak
He established a secret society in America – Inspired by the Round Table Society – Council on Foreign Relations
He was a member of the secret society of Cecil Rhodes Round Table Group whose pet projects were; graduated income tax, a central bank, the creation of the CIA, and the League of Nations
- The Round Table group would take control of the bank -controlling money. They controlled the State Department – so formulated government policies. They controlled the people by having the government tax people, and deposit their money in central banks.They controlled the CIA

Edward Mandell House told Woodrow Wilson in private, “[Very] soon, every American will be required to register their biological property in a national system designed to keep track of the people and that will operate under the ancient system of pledging. By such methodology, we can compel people to submit to our agenda, which will effect our security as a chargeback for our fiat paper currency [that is, money that isn’t backed by any precious metals, such as gold or silver, and thus susceptible to elasticity, or in other words money that can be artificially controlled in order to create inflationary, or depressionary states in any country’s economy] Every American will be forced to register or suffer being unable to work and earn a living. They will be our chattel, and we will hold the security interest over them forever, by operation of the law merchant under the scheme of secured transactions. Americans, by unknowingly or unwittingly delivering the bills of lading to us will be rendered bankrupt and insolvent, forever to remain economic slaves through taxation, secured by their pledges. They will be stripped of their rights and given a commercial value designed to make us a profit and they will be none the wiser, for not one man in a million could ever figure our plans and, if by accident one or two should figure it out, we have in our arsenal plausible deniability.

After all, this is the only logical way to fund government, by floating liens and debt to the registrants in the form of benefits and privileges. This will inevitably reap to us huge profits beyond our wildest expectations and leave every American a contributor to this fraud which we will call “Social Insurance.” Without realizing it, every American will insure us for any loss we may incur and in this manner, every American will unknowingly be our servant, however begrudgingly. The people will become helpless and without any hope for their redemption and, we will employ the high office of the President of our dummy corporation to foment this plot against America.”

In case you haven’t figured it out yet, The Federal Reserve is not part of the united States of America. They are a private bank. They print fiat dollars that don’t discharge debt. They tender it to a later date.

There is much to learn about the corrupt private bank called the Federal Reserve. I could go on all day about the agenda of the family behind it. The global elite have controlled our world for hundreds, maybe thousands of years. While I could go on sharing information about this group, I will end the post with this statement.

Their time has come and gone. It is now time for the Republic to return. It’s time for We The People to take back our God given rights.

All Wars Are Bankers Wars

What a statement.

All wars are bankers wars.

This has been the case for hundreds of years. The Revolutionary war was fought to free the American people from King George’s Currency Act. The Colonist’s won the war and the people remained free for 3 years. The Central Bankers, with the help of Alexander Hamilton, successfully set up the first Private Bank of the United States in 1791. This was the beginning of the total enslavement of the American people.

When the Bank almost bankrupted the country, Congress decided not to renew the contract. When they followed through and didn’t renew with the bankers, they threatened the united States for America with war.

In 1812 the bankers followed through with their threat. The War of 1812 cost the country not only in lives, but financially too. Congress was forced to contract with the Bankers and the second (private) bank of the United States was born.

This story continues on. When Andrew Jackson tried to fight the bankers, they tried to assassinate him. When Lincoln created the green back, the bankers assassinated him.

In 1913 the bankers met at Jekyll Island to hatch a plan that became the Federal Reserve Banking system. Where the bankers took control of the country once again. They created many “Acts” that enslaved the American people.

By the 1960s the united States of America was under the thumb of the bankers. They controlled every aspect of life. President Kennedy knew this. He swore to take down the CIA. The CIA was and is controlled by the Bankers. I’m sure by now you’ve realized the bankers are the Vatican, Crown, and District of Columbia.

I recommend you watch the video above. It goes into great detail about how we have all been duped. How we’ve become slaves, and how they manipulated the true history so we wouldn’t know the truth.

So much has been hidden from us over the years. Our history books have been rewritten. Our holistic healing centers were banned, and replaced them with medical facilities that promote the drugs that would poison us. Our churches have been invaded, turned into 501 C 3 organizations that are controlled by the corrupt corporate government. Every aspect of our lives is controlled by the elite.

It’s time we take back our un-a-lien-able rights. We the People have had enough of the evil that has controlled the narrative for centuries. We’re tired of being sick, and tired. We want what is rightfully ours. We want our constitution back, and the freedoms they guarantee. We want our children and grandchildren to have better lives than that which the globalists have planned for them.

It’s time for the return of the Republic.

Constitution of The United States of America – Article II & IV

Many people will be shocked by the statement I make here. “Donald J. Trump is the President of the united states of America”.

This is evident for anyone who has eyes that WILL see.

There are many things going on in our country now. Much of what is manifesting in reality has been in the works for years. For those who have no idea what has been happening, I’m going to share a few things here to help you do some research.

Article II of The United States Constitution for America

“The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

President Trump remains our Commander and Chief because he won the election. SCOTUS will announce this information publicly. So, don’t be surprised.

Article IV of the United States for America (section 4)

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

Our country has been under attack for decades. It is by President Trump’s desire to assist in our freeing ourselves from a tyrannical government, that we witness his defense of “We The People”. Congress has been compromised, therefore isn’t capable of protecting us. Leaving President (Donald J. Trump) to step and bring peace back to our beautiful nation.

Executive Order 13919—Ordering the Selected Reserve of the Armed Forces to Active Duty

On April 30, 2020 President Trump activated Executive Order 13919, thereby placing the Armed Services on active duty. The only person who has the power to activate the Armed Services on a federal level is the President of the united states of America. The link above will allow you to read President Trumps words.

Those who don’t believe in Trump as a man who has the best interest of the people at heart, may scoff at this post. I hope they will set aside their conditioned feelings and look at the facts as revealed in these documents. The Executive Order was filed with the Office of the Federal Register on May 1, 2020.

When mobilized (or activated) under Title 10 U.S.C., you are directed by the President to report for active duty in an official capacity. You are being activated for federal active-duty military service. When in federal service, Guard personnel typically participate in military operations and are entitled to the same pay, benefits and legal protections as active military members.

When the National Guard is activated under Title 32 U.S.C. It directs the Governors two work with the President to protect “We The People”. The National Guard becomes “Federalized” allowing the President to maintain our safety through our Military. Each State’s National Guard is called up to protect the people of the State, yet because they have been “Federalized” they are compensated (ie. pay and benefits) by the Federal Government.

Note that Executive Order No. 13528, Jan. 11, 2010, 75 F.R. 2053, issued by President Obama established the Council of Governors to “strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State governments to protect our Nation and its people and property”. Although he may have intended the Order to benefit his Administration and that of what would become the NWO, it became a tool for The Trump Administration to strengthen “We The People”.

Act of 1871 and The Year 2022 – Coincidence?

If you’ve been reading my posts, you’ll remember me talking about the act of 1871. You’ll remember that this is when our country was taken over by the banking families. This is when they stole our country and began the manipulation of money, medicine and education. That’s the year they created a corporation called the UNITED STATES. You can look it up on Dunn & Bradstreet. Most states were incorporated too. If you’re not familiar with this reality, I suggest you research the subject.

I know some of you may not be Trump fans, but you have to admit this can’t be a coincidence. Listen to the clip below where he says” the stock market finished the worse first quarter of the year since 1872″.

Do you think it’s a coincidence that in 1872 the stock market finished as bad as it did? Well, considering the banking families infiltrated our country and manipulated our money, we shouldn’t be surprised. They planned the drop so they could control the people. It gets worse, but that’s for another post.

Now, in 2022, we are in the same situation, under an administration that is controlled by the same banking families. We shouldn’t be surprised that the cycle continues.

Having shared this little bit of information, I’d like to add, that I believe we are coming to the end of this cycle. I remain hopeful that help and healing is on the way. I encourage each of you to maintain a positive attitude, be hopeful, because I believe things will soon change.

The Marriage Contract

Becoming a State National is a long process. But it’s worth it. It is the perfect way to learn about the history that’s been hidden from us.

This post will interest the married couple.

You might be surprised, or maybe not, by this time, that the marriage contract is fraudulent. Similar to the birth certificate, the Marriage contract isn’t what you think it is.

Let’s talk about it. You meet someone, fall in love and decide to express that love by getting married. You apply for a marriage license, have a wedding, or get married by a Justice of the Peace. The license is signed by you and your spouse, your witnesses, and the officiant. Whether priest, minister or JP. The officiant sends the license back to the State, and they file it away until it’s needed. Or not.

You might be surprised to learn that when you get married, you are not marrying your intended. You may become husband and wife, but those are labels the State gives you to make it look like you married your partner.

What would you say if I told you that isn’t the case? Well, sit down, because I’m telling you.

The Marriage License is a fraudulent secular contract. It is strictly secular. The State says God is irrelevant in the contract. Even though you were married in a church. It makes no difference.

The marriage contract is patented. If you go to the Patent and Trademark Offices, and you search “marriage contract”, you will find a diagram similar to the one below.

The State is the dominant party in the Marriage contract. The husband and wife are merely contractually joined as business partners.

The dotted line between the husband and wife showing the religious marriage is irrelevant to the State. The State is primary in the party, the husband and wife are secondary.

You can be married by a JP. However, the State requires the religious marriage to take place under a church that has been deputized by the State. So he’s an agent of the State. This agent must sign and return the license to the State as agent. What does that tell you.

The State looks at the marriage contract as a privileged business enterprise.

Any tax breaks attached to the marriage have nothing to do with the marriage contract or the religious covenant.

Marriage is a business venture and children are considered to have been born fruit of the contract.

Every contract must have consideration. The State offers consideration in the form of the license, certificate of marriage. And the privilege of being regulated by their statutes. Including all religious statutes and court cases as they are ruled on by the states And all statutes and regulations into the future in the years following the marriage. The marriage contract is flexible. Ever changing contract even if the husband and wife are unaware.

Having said that, a contract must be entered into knowingly and intelligently. It must be entered into intentionally and with full and knowing consent – otherwise there is no contract. So here we go.

Remember the State is an corporation, in business to make money. Making the marriage license contract with the state a Contract of adhesion between two “dis-prate” (distinct in kind , dissimilar, different) unequal parties, a performance contract. Such a contract with the State is a “specific” performance contract. As to privileges, duties and responsibilities attached to the contract.

Consideration on the part of the husband and wife is the fee paid for the application to be subject to rules, regulation etc. They take away your un-a-lein-able rights.

It’s done by your giving your tacit agreement. You sign a contract without knowing what the contact states. Did you know you were marrying the State and not the love of your life? Did you know you are conjoined through the State? That the State is the primary party in the marriage?

I’m thinking not.

How did the marriage contract process get so convoluted? You guessed it. In the 1900s when the corrupt government put in place the birth certificate system, they created the marriage license application. Another way to tax the people and take control of lives of those people.

In the 1600s the marriage took place by recording the marriage in the Bible. The family would get together, the couple would marry, with witnesses present. Traditional marriage is recorded in the family bible with 3 witnesses. They then would create an affidavit, have it notarized, and then record it on the land, at the County Registry.

You may wonder how this process can be legal? There’s the point. What is legal, isn’t lawful. The definition of legal is – the undoing of God’s law. This country was founded on Christian principles. And on October 4, 1982, the Bible was made public law (97-280) by Congress. And you might not know it but 1983 was declared the year of the Bible.

So, what do we do to correct this fraud? You first change your status so you can rescind the contract. Then you can annul the State.

Every time I learn something new, I am amazed. I’m amazed and baffled as to how so many men and women allowed this to happen.

Over the years and through generations, the powers that be, have slowly manipulated and hidden this important information from us. They have distracted everyone with the media, movies and newspapers. They’ve made people believe the crap they dish out, by slowly and systematically changing our history by eliminating it and changing the narrative.

It’s time we take back that information, and return the Republic to We The People.

Becoming an American State National is a good way to do that.

What is a City State?

A few months ago, I submitted a post that mentioned The Empire of “The City”. I mentioned that the Vatican ruled the world as part of this “City State”. Along with The City of London and Washington D.C.

The video below explains in detail the corruption that has manipulated the world to control what were once free men and women. They have brainwashed the We The People to a state of sheep that follow the narrative, because they say it’s right.

Well the sheep are waking up. They are taking back that which is their God given right.

This video will give you further insight into what has happened to our country and the rest of the world.

We can still change what has happened. We can still course correct. We do that by changing our status. We need to throw off the role of citizen, municipal employee, and take back our American State National Standing.

This to Return to the Republic governed by We The People, under our Constitution.

Cestui Que Vie Trust

In my last post we talked about the birth certificate system. Today we’re going to review the Cestui Que Vie Trust. Cestui que vie is French for “he who lives”.

In 1933 the UNITED STATES (INC) government created the birth certificate system. From that point, every baby born was issued a birth certificate. We have all come to believe the birth certificate was basically to record our live birth. Little did we know it was a scheme to enslave us for eternity. So, now we take a look at the Cestui Que Vie Trust. When each of us was born we were registered and given a CUSIP number, through our birth certificate. I know, I’ve already mentioned that. So let’s talk about how the Crown enslaved the men and women to make money off the sweat of their brow. First, you must know that in 1666 the Crown enacted the Cestui Que Vie Act (1666). It was enacted during the Black Plague and Great Fire of London. I have a theory about both of these instances, but we’ll save them for another post. The Act was put in place to subrogate the rights of the men and women of England (and later the world). This meant that all men and women were considered lost at sea or beyond the sea. The term lost at sea is better understood when you understand Admiralty law, which is the law of the water. We’ll talk about that in another post too. By enacting the ‘Act” all property was confiscated in a sense and placed in “trust”. The State became the “trustee”holding all titles and all property until (they claim) a living man comes back to reclaim his trust. Up to this point we have been talking about England, but the corruption doesn’t end there. Because, the Crown of England came back to claim the united States of America. And only three years after it declared its independence. We’ll talk about that more later. If you’ve read prior posts, you will remember my discussing the “Empire State. Have you

ever looked at the flag of Washington D.C (District of Columbia)? The three stars on the flag represent the three city states. The Vatican, The City of London, and Washington D.C. The Vatican controls the world through the maritime legal system. Everything is a bank so to speak. When the State created the birth certificate system, they took away the God given rights of the free men and women (as defined by the Constitution). they created citizens (municipal employees), persons, and residents. The State took the free men and women and create vessels of fiction. We’ll learn about how the Court has used this system to entrap men and women and get their tacit agreement without their (free will) consent in another post. You will notice anytime you get anything in the mail from the State, it is always in all CAPITAL letters. That’s your vessel. A legal entity. Fiction. The legal fiction is has no consciousness. It is a name on a piece of paper (ALL CAPS). Once your vessel is registered, a Cestui Que Vie Trust (see Cestui Que Vie Act (1707)) is set up in your name. A loan is taken from the International Monetary Fund and put into the Public Charitable Trust. They then place (depending on the year of your birth) a certain amount of money in your Trust. We can use me as an example. Anyone born between 1933 and 1975 is bonded for $600,000 which is placed in the Trust. The State then would insure you for one million dollars. In case you die. A little interruption here. I mentioned the CUSIP number earlier. That CUSIP number is used to trade you on the stock market. If you want to see how well you’re performing, go to www.gmeiutility.org, type your social security number in the search box and when you hit enter, a list of companies will be populated. To show you what companies are buying and selling you. Now back to the Trust. The money sits in the Trust and grows until you are of the age when you begin to make purchases. Then, let’s say you take out a mortgage. When you sign the mortgage application you are not signing as a debtor. You are signing as a creditor. Once you sign, they take the money you “borrowed” through the mortgage, out of your CQV Trust. Paying off the property. You then pay AGAIN through mortgage payments. It’s a scheme. By the way, the definition of mortgage is “death pledge”. Every loan you take out works the same way.

When you die, they pay off anything you may still “owe”. Then the remainder of the money sits in the Trust forever…in perpetuity. The Trust continues to earn interest and the government skims money off your Trust to pay for their elicit government practices. So to answer the unasked question. This is what funds government. Not your taxes. Those go to the Federal Reserve. Which is a private family of bankers who have schemed to steal our gold and remove our treasury note. Only to hand us a fiat currency that isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. The final thing I’d like to mention about your Cestui Que Vie Trust, today is this. You can access your Trust. You only need to go through the process to become a State National. Renounce your citizenship in the De Facto fraudulent government and return to the Republic the De Jure form of government that our forefathers fought so hard to put in place for We The People. Well, I guess that’s enough on that for today. Hope fully this has opened your eyes to why we need to take back our country. It’s time to stand for the Republic.
